Payments and Refunds

Our payment terms vary depending on the project type:

• Some services will require full payment before starting.

• Some services allow 50% advance payment, with the remaining due before final delivery.

Please note:

• If you cancel the project for any reason after payment, the advance or full payment will not be refunded.

• If we cancel the project for any reason from our end, you will receive a full refund.

Once the work is delivered and approved, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Project Timelines

• Website projects are expected to be completed within 20 days.

• If you fail to provide the required materials, content, or feedback in time, the delivery may be delayed.

• In case of unnecessary or repeated delays from the client’s side, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the project with no refund

  • Or charge additional fees for continuing the work
